All creations are custom-made according to each client’s specifications and preferences. Our team of gemologists, expert designers, and master jewelers ensures every piece is unique and of the highest quality.

Orders and Approvals
Every project begins with the approval of a 3D design, and, if requested, a wax model before final production. Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details before production begins.

Payment
Full payment is required prior to production. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of order.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our creations, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
